Caste, creed, family and lineage are considerations based on the body; so too name, form, religious merit and demerit (puแน‡ya and pฤpa). None of these applies to the Self, which transcends the body, space and time. Contemplate upon this truth. This is the way to know and realize the Self.

A Joyful Onam Celebration with the Cultural Heritage Class (CHC) Children (23-August-2026)

Today, on Moolam, the 7th day of the 10-day Onam celebrations, CHC children joyfully offered two beautiful 'pookalams' (flower rangoli) in celebration of Onam.

The children designed, created and decorated the pookalams, bringing so much colour, creativity and festive spirit to the celebration.

It was truly a delight to see their enthusiasm and to share in the joy of everyone who took part in this wonderful celebration.

The celebration was followed by Poojya Swamiji sharing with the CHC children on the values and deeper significance of Onam, making the occasion even more meaningful for them.

The day concluded on a beautiful note as the children offered their Pranams to Poojya Swamiji, Nutan Swamiji and Ma, and received Prasadam from Poojya Swamiji. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

2753. You are looking for contentment from the world. Any object you seek and obtain will never enter your body to touch the mind. The mind feels contented, thinking that it has got what it was aspiring for. Is not that feeling mindโ€™s own emotion? What does it mean? Contentment is in the mind, not in the object! As an intelligent person, can you not ask the mind to generate that contentment on its own, and be ever-blissful?

That, which you refer to as โ€˜Iโ€™, is different from the body. That is why you say it is โ€˜my body.โ€™ That body-different โ€˜Iโ€™ has neither birth nor death. Once this fact, nay truth, is realized, that realization marks your liberation, freedom. For such a Knower neither birth nor death poses a question or doubt.
