๐ธCandidate should be able to maintain the accounts individually and should have sound knowledge of the latest version Tally.
๐ธExperience in processing journal entries, invoices, month-end closures, and reconciliations.
๐ธKnowledge of Goods and Service Tax and Income Tax.
๐ธMaintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
๐ธIssue and verify purchase orders.
๐ธMaintain & reconcile general ledger by preparing subsidiary accounts, trial balance, and reconciling entries.
๐ธRecord financial transactions, manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments and collection follow ups.
๐ธ Minimum 2 -3 years proven experience as a Finance Executive or other similar role
๐ธ Proficiency in using accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
๐ธ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
๐ธ Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
๐ธ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
๐ธMinimum 3 years experience
