Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya, Nalanchira, is celebrating yet another milestone of academic excellence with an outstanding performance in the CBSE Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) 2026.

All 151 students who appeared for the examination passed successfully, giving the school a proud 100% result. This achievement has brought immense joy to the entire school community.

Ciena Nise of the Computer-Maths stream and Adwaith S. of the Humanities stream emerged as the joint school toppers with 97.6%. Aaliyah Fathima S. of the Bio-Maths stream secured the second position with 97.4%, while Gowri P. Sudhakar and Janavi R.S. shared the third position with 96.2%.

The students also performed exceptionally well across different subjects. In English, Aaliyah Fathima S. and Shilpa S. Nair scored 99 marks each. Ciena Nise secured 99 marks in Mathematics and Computer Science, while Aaliyah Fathima S. scored 99 marks in Physics.

In Chemistry, Ciena Nise, Faris S., and Anika P.L. scored 98 marks each. Ganesh Rajesh secured a perfect 100 in Biology. Adwaith S. scored full marks in History and 99 marks in Political Science. Janavi R S., Serah David, S.S. Sangeeth Krishna, Jhanvi P. Mullackal, and Gayathri Pratheep secured full marks in Geography. Noureen A. scored 98 marks in Economics.

The overall performance of the batch was equally commendable. Thirteen students scored above 95%, while 42 students secured marks between 90% and 95%. Another 51 students scored between 80% and 90%, reflecting the consistent academic strength of the school.

The school management appreciated the sincere efforts, determination, and teamwork that made this success possible and congratulated all the students for bringing laurels to the institution.

Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya Achieves 100% Success in SSE 2026
Thiruvananthapuram, April 16:
Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya has once again demonstrated academic excellence by securing a 100% pass result in the Secondary School Examination (SSE) 2026 conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education.
Out of 152 students who appeared for the examination, all successfully passed, marking a remarkable achievement for the institution.
Leading the batch is Sreehari R, who secured an outstanding 99.4%, achieving full A1 grades in five subjects. The second position was jointly held by Sidharth S, Navami S. Nair, and Ridhika R.R, each scoring 99.2%.
The third position was shared by Adwaith M, Abiya N. J***y, and Rishika Nevin, who each secured 98.8%. Navaneeth Krishna V.S claimed the fourth position with 98.6%, followed by Aadiv D. Andrew, who secured the fifth position with 98%.
The overall performance was equally commendable, with 36 students scoring above 95% and 41 students securing more than 90%, reflecting the consistent academic strength of the batch.
The outstanding results were met with great enthusiasm by the school community. Teachers and parents expressed immense pride and appreciation for the students’ dedication, perseverance, and hard work.
The management of the school congratulated the achievers and acknowledged the collective efforts of students, teachers, and parents in maintaining the institution’s tradition of excellence.

This prestigious award is conferred in recognition of his outstanding leadership, exemplary contribution, and sustained commitment to educational excellence. The award was presented by Shri T. P. Sreenivasan, Indian Former Diplomat and Head, Council for Higher Education, Government of Kerala, on 18th January 2026 at Thiruvananthapuram.
The entire SCV family congratulates our respected Principal on this well-deserved honour, which brings great pride to our institution. We wish him continued success in his mission of shaping young minds and leading the school to greater heights.

The Annual Day of Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya, Jubilance 2k25, was held on Saturday, 29 November, and it was a memorable celebration of talent, teamwork, and tradition.

We were truly honored to have His Beatitude Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos and Mr. Alfred O. V., IAS, Sub Collector of Trivandrum, as our esteemed Chief Guests for the occasion. Their inspiring words and gracious presence added dignity and joy to the event.

Today, 20 November 2025, the NCC cadets of Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya organised a *Self-Defence Training Session for students of Classes VII and VIII.* The session was led by the *Kerala Police Self-Defence Team, with officers Jaya Mary A (ASI) and Aneesban A (CPO) training our students.*

They demonstrated important self-defence techniques and shared valuable safety tips, helping students gain confidence and essential skills for their personal safety. The session was highly informative and engaging, and our students benefited greatly from this initiative.
