Can you guess what grew into this tiny forest in a pot? 🌱

We were experimenting with different seeds to grow microgreens, and this one stole everyone's heart. Before we knew it, our children had named it their tiny forest. 🌿

They loved touching it and watching it grow every day. A few tiny "trees" disappeared during play, and one little friend decided the forest needed flowers. He carefully picked a few blooms from another plant and planted them in his tiny forest. 🌸

Watching their imagination grow along with the plants was the sweetest part of the experiment. 💚

We laugh a lot.
We believe play is the best way to learn.
We love caring for our little plants.
We learn to read and write through fun, stories, songs, and games.

We enjoy making things with our own hands.
We watch tiny seeds sprout into little seedlings with wonder.
Scooping up gravel, digging in the soil, and getting our hands dirty are some of our favourite adventures.

We run, jump, dance, climb, and move every single day.
We fold paper boats and watch our imaginations set sail.

At AppleOne, learning isn't something children have to do.
It's something they joyfully experience every single day.
Because when childhood is happy, learning happens naturally.

Play is not optional. It is essential. 🌿
When children play with open-ended materials, they aren't just having fun, they are imagining, creating, solving problems, communicating, experimenting, and making sense of the world around them.

There are no right answers, no fixed outcomes, and no limits to their creativity. Every stick becomes a wand, every stone becomes a treasure, and every idea becomes a new adventure.

At Apple One, we believe that meaningful play is meaningful learning. Because the best lessons often happen when children are free to explore, wonder, and simply play.

Sometimes the sweetest moments are the ones no one plans. ❤️

Our Junior KG children were performing a role play on the theme "Family." During one scene, the little grandfather and grandmother gave their grandson a hug.

Just then, a little child from our Playgroup happily ran to them for a hug.

The children were surprised for a moment because it wasn't part of the play. But without any hesitation, they all came together and gave him a big, warm hug.

Some moments can't be scripted. They simply come from a child's heart. ❤️

Books and reading hold a very special place at AppleOne because we come from the heart of Apple Story Club. 📚❤️

This Reading Day, the weather was cool and pleasant, so we gathered under our favourite mango tree and enjoyed a read-aloud of Clifford the Big Red Dog by Norman Bridwell.

There is something magical about listening to a story outdoors, surrounded by nature, with children eager to turn every page and discover what happens next.

അമ്മൂമ്മ കളിപ്പാട്ടത്തിൽ തട്ടി വീഴാൻ പോയപ്പോൾ ആരാ സഹായിച്ചത്?

Yesterday afternoon, one of the caregivers at AppleOne, lovingly called Ammamma by the children, almost slipped over some toys. Before any adult could react, three little children, a two year old and two three year olds, rushed to help her.

To many, it may seem like a small moment. To us, it is something worth celebrating.

In that moment, these children used one of the most powerful superpowers a person can have: Kindness.

They noticed that someone needed help. They cared. And they acted.

At AppleOne, moments like these matter deeply. While we celebrate learning letters, numbers, songs, and stories, we also celebrate acts of empathy, kindness, and concern for others. Because we believe that one of our most important responsibilities as an early childhood centre is not just preparing children for school, but helping raise kind human beings.

Today, we are incredibly proud of our little helpers and the kindness they showed.

Our garden was full of busy little helpers today!

With watering cans and pails in hand, the children happily watered the plants, ran around the garden, and enjoyed being outdoors. These simple experiences help children learn responsibility, build confidence, and develop a love for nature, while having lots of fun along the way.

Sometimes it's the simplest things that make children happiest. A few colourful ribbons on a tree, a gentle breeze, and lots of smiles from our classroom window.
