G. KARUNAKARAN MEMORIAL CO-OPERATIVE COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY was established in the year 2010 by the G. KARUNAKARAN MEMORIAL SOCIETY.

KARUNAKARAN MEMORIAL EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY. The Society was set up in the year 2007 in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala by the Peroorkada Co-operative Bank with the objective of promoting professional education. The college is located in Aruvikkara Panchayat, 16 Kilometers to the north of Thiruvananthapuram, lies on Thiruvananthapuram-Nedumangad Road.
