ഉന്നത വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിന് കീഴിലെ നൈപുണ്യ വികസന സംരംഭമായ അസാപ് കേരളയും കാനറ ബാങ്കും സഹകരിച്ച് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള്ക്കും അഭ്യസ്ത വിദ്യരായ ഉദ്യോഗാര്ത്ഥികള്ക്കും സ്കില് ലോണ് ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന പദ്ധതിക്ക് തുടക്കമായി. കേരളത്തിലെ നൈപുണ്യപരിശീലന രംഗത്തെ നാഴികക്കല്ല് എന്ന് വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കാവുന്ന ചുവടുവെയ്പ്പിനാണ് തുടക്കമായിരിക്കുന്നത്. അക്കാദമിക വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ നൈപുണ്യ പരിശീലനത്തിനും തുല്യപരിഗണന നല്കേണ്ട ഈ കാലത്ത് കാനറ ബാങ്കിന്റെ നൈപുണ്യ വായ്പ പദ്ധതി വഴി കേരളത്തില് നൈപുണ്യ പരിശീലനം നേടാന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള്ക്ക്, സാമ്പത്തിക പ്രയാസങ്ങള് മൂലം കോഴ്സുകള്ക്ക് ചേരാന് സാധിക്കാത്ത സാഹചര്യം ഇതോടെ പൂര്ണമായും ഒഴിവാകും. നിലവില് പഠനം തുടരുന്ന വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള്ക്കും, പഠനം പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കിയ ഉദ്യോഗാര്ത്ഥികള്ക്കും തങ്ങളുടെ ഇഷ്ട തൊഴില്മേഖലയില് അധികനൈപുണ്യം നേടുന്നതിന് ജാമ്യമോ ഈടോ ഇല്ലാതെ 5000 രൂപ മുതല് 1.5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെ നൈപുണ്യ വായ്പ ലഭ്യമാക്കും. കോഴ്സ് കാലയളവിലും തുടര്ന്നുള്ള ആറുമാസവും മൊറട്ടോറിയവും, മൂന്നു വര്ഷം മുതല് ഏഴു വര്ഷം വരെ തിരിച്ചടവ് കാലാവധിയും ഉണ്ടാകും. സ്കില് കോഴ്സുകളില് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്ത വിദ്യാര്ത്ഥികള്ക്ക് തൊട്ടടുത്ത കാനറ ബാങ്കില് നേരിട്ടോ, വിദ്യാലക്ഷ്മി പോര്ട്ടല് വഴിയോ ലോണിനായി അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.
