Think you’re flexible? Try this simple test:
✅ Raise one leg while lying down and see if you can reach a 90° angle.
✅ Then try both legs together and aim for the same 90° position.
If you can comfortably reach 90° without bending your knees or lifting your lower back excessively, your hamstring flexibility and core control are likely in a good place.

Tight hamstrings, stiff hips, or limited core strength could be holding you back.
