However, the minimum educational qualification necessary to enrol at REACH is 12th standard. This is only to ascertain that the resources at the academy can be manipulated to their best. The REACH certification programme runs for a period of two months, after which the students are provided a certificate which holds them in favour of the market outside. During these two months, the students are given intensive training in life skills, body language, image development, communication skills, attitude, self-esteem boosters, accounting skills etc. In addition to this, students can also opt for IELTS coaching. This is to ensure that proactive career-driven women are not shackled by geographic boundaries and are able to make good use of their opportunities, wherever they are. Such a coaching, given on a governmental platform, is also the only one of its kind in the whole of our country.
