Trainers Training academy is an initiative of Additional Skill Acquisition Programme to enhance the quality of trainers in Skill ecosystem of Kerala.The organisation started in 2016. The organisation focuses on enriching the training skills of trainers through transformational workshops and online learning platform.

Subsequent to this, in each quarter, quarterly report and research articles of Master Facilitators, SDEs, and PMs will be published.
