MIKEY FACES HIS FEAR

Once upon a time in Mexico there was a boy named Mikey. His greatest fear was lizards. His biggest dream was to become a superhero.

In school he was popular and his 2 best friends were named Dylan and Alex. They all wanted to be a part of a superhero trio.

In the school a bully named Tyler used to fight with everyone. Tyler wanted to prank Mikey with his greatest fear. He put a fake lizard toy on Mikey's food. Mikey was scared and he ran away and hit his head on the door.

Mikey was very angry, when he found out, but Dylan and Alex calmed him down. After school, the three of them were training for their basketball match, when they saw a thief. They rushed and caught him. Alex called the cops and the police thanked the trio.

They were all tired and so they went to a place called Ice Cream Palace. They ate their favourite chocolate ice cream. The next morning it was a holiday. So they spent their time playing roblox.

In the afternoon, they were walking down the road to the bakery to buy a cake. Suddenly they saw a man wearing a mask and running away from the bakery. They caught him and removed the mask. To their suprise... it was Mikey's father ! The police arrested him and Mikey was devastated. He couldn't understand what was happening!

To distract himself, he went round the lake on his cycle. There was a man named Connors who had a huge lizard. He was scaring and injuring many people.

Mikey was scared of lizards and this was a huge lizard. But then he realised his responsibility . Mikey caught Connors and then he called the cops .Mikey even got an award for hia bravery and honesty. Mikey was very happy, that he got over his fear !

ICE CREAM

All the flavours make me merry !
Oh ! Ice cream you are so sweet ...

The colourful reflections
are always bright ,
I love to see the rainbow

ZAGIC'S ADVENTURE

Once upon a time there was a child called Zagic. He loved magic. Every day he would take his mother’s phone and learn magic tricks from YouTube. One day he saw a message from his friend telling him that someone had said that there was a Magic Wand hidden in Jaipur.

He asked his mother, “Can we go to Jaipur?” His mother said, “We are already planning to go to Jaipur”. They booked a room in the Jai Hai Lodge. Later, they went for a Jaipur tour. When they reached the City Palace, the bus stopped. Zagic said that he wanted to go to use the restroom. His mother allowed him to go. But when Zagic went out, the bus started and moved to another spot. When Zagic came out of the restroom, the bus was not there.

He slowly started walking from one side of the parking lot to the other. Then he saw a magician. The magician did not like kids.
The magician took his hat and put Zagic inside the hat. Then the magician said, “Nobody has ever gone out of my magical hat. But I will ask you a riddle and if you tell me the correct answer, you will get out of my hat and you will get a gift.

This is the question...”“Why was the Maths book sad?” Zagic thought and thought..” How can I escape? This is such a big problem ... Suddenly he said, oh yes! That is the correct answer.

Hey Mr. Magician, the Maths book was sad because it had many problems.” “Yes, that’s the correct answer...you are free to go now. Then Zagic came out of the hat and he was given the magic wand as a gift. With the help of the magic wand, he found the tour bus. Zagic was very happy and he entertained people with many magic tricks.

The Invisible boy

Once upon a time there was a naughty little boy who spent all his money on all sorts of junk. This boy's name was Freddy. One day Freddy was walking down the street looking for something to buy. Suddenly, he stopped. He saw a shop called A Magic Store. That was strange... he had never seen that place before. Before Freddy could stop himself he went into the shop.

The shop was full of all sorts of potions, but the invisible potion really stood out. Freddy looked at the price, it was $3.00 so Freddy took it and went to the checkout counter.

There stood a short man who had to step on a stool to reach the counter. Freddy was so greedy that as soon as he had paid for it, he took a big gulp of the potion and became invisible.

Freddy’s tummy rumbled, he looked at the clock and saw that it was dinner time. Forgetting he was invisible he raced home and asked his mom what dinner was. His mom did not answer and didn't seem to see him. So without eating his dinner he fell asleep ... feeling very sad .

The next day everything was back to normal and Freddy realised that it was better not to be greedy.

A Wondrous Day

One warm breezy day,
I go along the street...
And see a lovely treat!
The man selling it, sees me looking ...
And gave me one for free!
As my day gets better and better,
I see a letter addressed to me.
As I open it I see,
A box of chocolates just for me!
Sent to me from my Aunt,
The note says, “Have a nice day!”
I see a lonely girl
At the other end of the street.
I walk up and ask,
“What is wrong?”
She says, “My new purse is gone.”
I look all around, and find it in a corner!
“Thank you so much!” The girl cries.
I smile at her and go my way.
I walk to a grassy hill,
And see flowers of my namesake-
Lavender

THE MAGIC JACKET

My name is Jack and I am on my way to school. I like fantasy very much and my grandmother tells me stories about unicorns, werewolves and the Pegasus. My mother is so busy that she can’t teach me more.

Today I had assembly at school that I am very tired. I went to my bed room and I slept for some time. Suddenly, I woke up when heard something screaming near my ears and I felt it pushing me. After some time everything was normal again.

On the next day in school it was very unusual that all the teachers were shouting at me. When I came home I went to my grandmother and she told me about the great King Mark and his magic jacket .Grandma took me to the store room and she pointed to a photo and said “this is your grandfather Mark... the great King of Iconia”.
" Where is Iconia?" I asked. It's a place that is far away and that you will not be able to find the magic jacket.

Suddenly my friend woke me up and told me to hurry up since we were getting late for school. When I took the book from my bag I noticed that there was something soft next to it. However when I took it out I saw that it was the magic jacket.

After reaching home I told my mother, but she said “it’s just your dream” ! I took the cloth to show her but it was my lunch towel.

I went to the store room and when I looked at the photo of my grandfather I saw something strange. There was a chain and when I clicked the pendant in the center of the chain, I found myself in another world. There I saw the magic jacket and the Pegasus ... and my journey began !

A journalist by qualification and a storyteller by profession, I have been doing professional storytelling for kids and adults for the last 13 years.
In this course I encourage children to read , write and speak in a manner that displays their individuality and showcases their creativity.

Grammar Classes

I have been taking grammar tuitions for high school students for the last 12 years. I believe in teaching Grammar , by explaining the fundamental concepts and then proceeding . I will also be helping them with creative writing , letter writing, notice writing etc.We will complete the years portions in these 6 months, including tests.

Both courses are from June to December. We have a 1 hour online class per week. Fees is 1600 rupees per month, payable at the beginning of the month.
