The Logical Indian community is extremely thankful to External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj, General V.K. Singh, Air India, Indian Navy & Indian Air Force for spearheading and overseeing a massive rescue operation of over 4000 Indians and 500 foreign citizens from 32 countries.

Yemen has been reeling under violence for the past many days leading to a lot of chaos and tension among the families of the people stuck in that country. However India's superlative efforts have come as a much-needed relief and has been lauded by the entire world.

Over 26 countries have requested India to evacuate their citizens from Yemen. These countries include USA, France, Germany, Sweden, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Iraq.

Sushma Swaraj's commendable crisis-management skills and assertive foreign policy has been instrumental in achieving these wonderful results. Apart from handling a lot of the needful communications with her foreign counterparts as well as Indian administration, she has also been very active on Twitter, continuously staying in touch with the people and responding to SOS tweets.

Apart from the present Yemen crisis, she has also expertly handled evacuations from Ukraine, Libya and Iraq in the last 10 months.

The Logical Indian salutes her tireless efforts and feels hopeful to see her perform her duties so well.
