Position – District Coordinator

Job Profile
• Build a relationship with key officials at district – namely District Collector, Commissioner/SP, District Education Officers; District Medical Officers etc. so as to become a key facilitator in all to***co control (TC) activities at district level and to ensure they are aligned with the overall state plan.
• Follow-up on and ensure implementation of key department orders on TC
• Be a source of information / feedback on implementation status on the ground
• Implement Special Projects / measures at the district
• Work closely with State Coordinator / Programme Manager to implement any to***co control measures aligned with the State Plan

Required skill sets
• Good coordination skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility and openness to handle multiple assignments
• Willingness to travel anywhere in Kerala
• Team player

Eligibility
MSW or MA Sociology with flair and commitment for public health interventions. Previous experience in development sector/advocacy preferred.

Age
Upto 30 years

Duration
One year, extendable on performance basis
