IGNOU Regional Centre Trivandrum has celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga by organizing couple of events. The programmes are aims to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and awareness regarding the importance of yoga among staff members, learners, and the general public.

The Yoga demonstration and Lecture has been handled by Smt.C.S Premakumari, Yoga Instructor (K K’s Samagra Yoga and Fitness Centre, Poojappura, Trivandrum) & Senior Superintendent (Retd), Education Department. She has demonstrated various Yogic Exercises to the participants and stressed its importance in maintaining our health. The staff members of Regional Centre and IGNOU learners have participated in this programme.
