From the very beginning, we have placed a strong emphasis on our skilling and deployment model.We understand that this model cannot thrive without the involvement of the industry.Therefore, we have established connections with various industries for our respective programmes, bringing them onboard as industry partners in all our initiatives, whether in collaboration with the state government or private colleges.Rather than merely observing, our industry partners are actively engaged, providing guidance on campuses before the cadidates embark on theor industry apprenticeships and placements.We express our gratitude to all our industry partners who have supported us since the outset and continue to do so.Today, we are excited to announce the launch of a new venture in collaboration with Qatar -based group focussed on welding recruits, with our first batch commencing their industry training at the state of the art facility in Vizag. Upon completing their intensive 45 day training , these candidates will be offered employment opportunities with the Qatar Company.Xtreem extends its best wishes to all these promising young individuals....

The programme culminated with a high-impact CII-hosted Roundtable, where the IT Secretary truly stole the show, articulating a compelling vision and concrete plans for shaping Kerala’s quantum future. The clarity of thought, policy intent, and long-term outlook left a strong impression on the international delegates.

At Xtreem, we are extremely happy to have been the instrumental force in conceptualising and coordinating these engagements in the capital city. Being able to connect global expertise with local institutions is both a responsibility and a privilege.
