Success Network Marketing Tips For Beginners

Believe – while others are doubting

Believe in God, believe in yourself, believe in your upline, believe in the company and most importantly, believe that your success in this business is possible. If you have deep belief within, your unstoppable in getting your dreams. Never let doubt come into your system because it will slowly kill your dreams until you wake up one day realizing that success is only for those people with great talent and unluckily not for you.

Plan – while others are playing

What are you up today? Have you planned your activities even before the sun smiles at you? Plan ahead and imagine accomplishing every task even before doing it. Are your plans your way to get your dreams or just a plan that never help you get closer to your dreams and goal. Write your plans and give a time frame when you are going to finish it.

Study – while others are sleeping

Never stop learning and growing. Have an open mind to learn from people who can help you. It is not all about the college degree that can make you successful in the business but the willingness to hear from people who have made it to the top. An ordinary people can become more successful than a very talented individual but selling his/her time and effort to make other people success rather than building his/her own. Don’t just focus on what you want to say but also consider listening to the message of what your prospect wants to tell you and start from there.

Smile – while others are frowning

Smiling will give you a positive aura. Always wear your smile whenever you go out because everyone is a prospect. You will not know if the person sitting beside you on a bus is the one who can make you a millionaire. Smiling at them could be a start of your good communication to getting to know each other and prospecting could be the next.

Persist – while others have disbelief

You are meant to become successful only if you believe in it and persist to get it. There is a greatness within you so do your homework to enhance it and develop your full potentials. Not all people will believe in you but most importantly, you know to yourself that networking business is for you and you will succeed.

Commit – while others are quitting

Get your dreams and commit that you will do whatever it takes. Many people surrender to their problems and they simply quit. Are you really committed to your dreams? മാർഗ്ഗരേഖയുടെ അഗീകാരം മാത്രമല്ല മറിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യയിലാദ്യമായി മാർഗ്ഗരേഖ അനുസരിച്ചാണ് കമ്പിനികളും MLM പ്രവർത്തകരും പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത് എന്ന് ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുവാൻ MLM / ഡയറക്ട് മാർക്കറ്റിങ്ങ് മോണിറ്ററിങ്ങ് അതോറിറ്റിയും (നിരീക്ഷണ സംവിധാനം) നിലവിൽ വരുത്താൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.

ഉപഭോക്രത, നിയമ, നികുതി, അഭ്യന്തര വകുപ്പുകളുടെ ഉയർന്ന മേധാവികൾ ഈ നിരീക്ഷണ സംവിധാനത്തിൽ അംഗങ്ങളായി ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുകയും പൊതുവിതരണ ഡയറക്ടർ ഡോ. നരസിംഹ ഗുഹാരി റെഡ്ഡി ( IAS ) ഇതിന്റെ തലവനും, ഇതേ വകുപ്പിന്റെ നിയമ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ (LAW OFFICER) ഇതിന്റെ കൺവീനർ ആയിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.

ഈ നിരീക്ഷണ സംവിധാനത്തിന്റെ കരടുരേഖ ഇന്നു കമ്പിനികളുടെയും, തൊഴിലാളി പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയും, സീനിയർലീഡേർസ്സിന്റെയും മുൻപിൽ ഇന്ന് ഗുലാട്ടി ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിൽ ഇന്നു അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.

പ്രസ്തുത പരിപാടി ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട ഉപദോ കൃത, പൊതുവിതരണ കര്യ മന്ത്രി ശ്രീ തിലോത്തമൻ ഉൽഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.

ഉപഭോക്രത, നിയമ, നികുതി, അഭ്യന്തര വകുപ്പുകളുടെ ഉയർന്ന മേധാവികളും, നമ്മുടെ ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട നോഡൽ ഓഫീസറും, ഗുലാട്ടി ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ടാക് സേഷൻ പ്രതിനിധികളും പരിപാടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത് സംസാരിച്ചു.

നാളെ (9/02/2018) ഈ സംവിധാനവും മാർഗ്ഗരേഖയും കേരള സർക്കാർ പൊതുവിതരണ വകുപ്പിന്റെ വെമ്പ് സൈറ്റിൽ പൊതുജനങ്ങളുടെ അറിവിലേക്കായും, അഭിപ്രായങ്ങൾക്കായും സമർപ്പിക്കും.

ഏകദേശം ഒരു മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഇത് മന്ത്രിസഭയുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തോടെ പാസ്സാക്കി നടപ്പിൽ വരുത്തും.

ഈ മേഖലയിൽ തൊഴിൽ ചൂഷണങ്ങളും, ഉപദോ കൃത ചൂഷണങ്ങളും ഇല്ലാതാക്കി മേഖല വലിയ തോതിൽ വികസ്സിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരം ഉണ്ടാകും.

സർക്കാരിന്റെ കണക്കു പ്രകാരം എതാണ്ട് ഒരു ലക്ഷത്തോളം പേർക്ക് ഈ മേഖലയിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ കേരളത്തിൽ തൊഴിലുണ്ട്.
ഇത് വൻതോതിൽ വർദ്ധിച്ച് വലിയ തൊഴിൽ ദാന മേഖലയായി വളർത്താൻ സർക്കാർ ഒപ്പം ഉണ്ടാകും എന്ന ഉറപ്പും ഇന്ന് കിട്ടുകയുണ്ടായി.

ചർച്ചയിൽ ഉദ്യേഗസ്ഥർ വിവരിച്ച പ്രധാന കാര്യങ്ങൾ:

1 ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾക്ക് മൂല്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം

2. ഉൽപ്നങ്ങളുടെ മറവിൽ മണിച്ചെയിൻ അനുവദിക്കില്ല.

3. ബൈനറി നിയമപരമാണ്. പിരിമി ഡാണ് എന്നത് തെറ്റിധ രണ മാത്രമാണ്.

4. പിരമിഡാവാതിരിക്കാനുള്ള മാർഗ്ഗരേഖയിലെ വ്യവസ്തുക്കൾ ലംഘിച്ചാൽ മ്പൈനറി എന്നോ, സൺഫഉവർ എന്നോ വ്യത്യാസമില്ലാതെ അതു പിരമിഡായി കണക്കാക്കും.

5. നിർബന്ധിത രീതിയിൽ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. നിർബന്ധിത മൻതിലി റീ പർച്ചേയസ് പാടില്ല. ആകാരണത്താൽ വരുമാനം തടയുന്നത് മാർഗ്ഗരേഖയുടെ ലംഘനമായി കണക്കാക്കും.

6. PIN സബ്രതായം പാടില്ല. PIN നമ്പറിനു വേണ്ടി പണം വാങ്ങുന്നതും, PIN നമ്പർ ഇല്ലാതെ ജോയിൻ ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന വ്യവസ്തയും നിയമവിരുദ്ധമാണ്.

7. KYC (തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖകൾ ) ഇല്ലാത്ത വിതരണക്കാരുടെ ID ആക്ടീവ് ആക്കുന്നതും, അവർക്ക് കമ്മീഷൻ കൊടുക്കുന്നതും നിയമവിരുധമാണ്.

8. കേരളത്തിൽ ഓഫീസ്സോ, ഗോഡൗണോ ഇല്ലാത്ത കമ്പിനികൾക്ക് പ്രവർത്തനാനുമതി ലഭിക്കില്ല.

9. പരാതികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് കമ്പിനിയുടെ കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ മാത്രം കൊടുക്കണം. പരിഹാരം 14 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ഉണ്ടായിലെങ്കിൽ, കമ്പിനിയുടെ പ്രത്യേക പരിഹാര കമ്മററി യിൽ പ രതിപ്പെടണം. തുടർന്ന് 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ പരിഹാരമായിലെങ്കിൽ ജില്ലാ നോഡൽ ഒഫീസറുടെ അടുത്ത് പാതിപ്പെടാവുന്നതും അദേഹം അത് കമ്പിനിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് പരിഹരിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് എന്നിട്ടും പരിഹാരമായില്ലെങ്കിൽ സംസ്ഥാന നിരീക്ഷണ സംവിധാനത്തിൽ പരാതിപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ് അവർ കമ്പിനിക്ക് നോട്ടീസയക്കുന്നതും പരിഹാരം കാണുന്നതുമാണ്.

10. നോഡൽ ഓഫീസറുടെ അനുമതി ഇല്ലാതെ പോലീസ് നേരിട്ട് MLM സംബന്ധമായ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ ഇടപെടില്ല'
പോലീസിന് ഈ വിവരങ്ങളുടെ ക്ലാസ്സ് പൊതുവിതരണ വകുപ്പ് കൊടുക്കും. എല്ലാ പോലീസ് സറ്റേഷനിലേക്കും ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച് സർക്കുലർ ADGP അയക്കും.

11. മണിച്ചെയിനോ, പിരമിഡ്സ് കീമോ നടന്നു എന്ന് നിരീക്ഷണ സംവിധാനത്തിന് ബോധ്യപ്പെടുന്ന പക്ഷം കേസ് തുടർ നടപടിക്കായി പോലീസിന് കൈമാറും

12. സ്വന്തം ബ്രാൻഡുള്ള ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ വിൽക്കാവൂ. അന്യ ബ്രാൻഡുകൾ വിൽക്കാൻ ബ്രാൻഡ് ഉടമയുമായി പ്രത്യേക കരാർ ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കേണ്ടതും അതേ തരത്തിൽ ആ ഉൽപ്പന്നം പൊതു വിപണിയിൽ ലഭ്യമാകാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാണ്.
