🚨 BERLIN VISA ALERT: What You Need to Know 🚨

Germany is still a dream for many, but a "Visa Trap" in Berlin is causing serious trouble for international students. Here is the breakdown of what is happening:

📍 The Issue Students at IU International University of Applied Sciences in Berlin are facing visa rejections. This happened because Berlin’s immigration authority (LEA) ruled that "Hybrid" programs (starting online in India and moving to Germany later) do NOT count as full-time study under visa law.

⚠️ The Result

- Visa extensions are being denied.

- Residence permits are being rejected.

- Students are being asked to leave Germany.

✅ Important Facts

- This is NOT a ban on Indian students.

- It is a strict enforcement of the rule that only 100% full-time, on-campus programs qualify for a student visa.
