Employee Appreciation Day 4th March
Employee Appreciation Day is a time set aside to honour and celebrate the efforts and labor of workers. Every year, it is usually observed on the first Friday in March. Employers can use the day to express their appreciation for their employees' hard work and devotion.

Self Injury Awareness Day
On March 1, a grassroots global awareness campaign known as Self-injury Awareness Day (SIAD) is held annually. Some people choose to be more open about their own self-injury during this time, as well as in the weeks before and after, and awareness organizations make extra efforts to spread awareness of these topics.

Rare Disease Day 28th February
The celebration of Rare Disease Day, which takes place on the last day of February, aims to improve access to treatment and medical representation for people with rare diseases and their families. The day was established in 2008 by the European Organization for Rare Diseases to raise awareness of illnesses that are either not known about or are often ignored.

National Science Day 28th February
To commemorate the announcement of the discovery of the "Raman Effect," the Indian government, led by then-Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, declared February 28 to be National Science Day in 1986. In light of India's G20 presidency, this year's event is being held with the theme "Global Science for Global Wellbeing."
