1. Recruitment: Job posting, filtering candidates, arranging online interviews

2. Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them HR policies and procedures

4. Handling the full and final settlement of the employees

5. Designing and updating existing company policies
