We, 2018 Batch of Pushpagiri Medical College, have taken charge of the College Union 2021-2022.
The Union inauguration was conducted on 14th August, 2021 at the Senate hall & we were graced with the presence of Most Rev Dr Thomas Mar Koorilos, Dr. Divya S Iyer IAS, District Collector, Pathanamthitta, Director Blessy, Fr. Jose Kallumalikkal, Dr. Tomy Philip & many beloved faculties.
We sincerely thank all our seniors & the previous college unions of 2017(16th batch), 2016(15th batch), 2015(14th batch) & all before them for guiding us & giving their support in all our ventures.
Due to inevitable reasons, we couldn't release the name and logo of the College Union earlier. But without any further ado, we present to you 'SAMHITHA COLLEGE UNION 2021-2022'

June 5- World Environment Day As part of the World Environment Day, Pushpagiri Medical College Union 2021-2022, conducted a programme in association with Joy Alukkas Foundation. 100 plants were planted in the campus by faculties of the different departments, as well as all students of college. The inauguration of the Eco Club & a Fundraiser Program for MITHRA was also conducted. The Eco Club was inaugurated by Fr. Jose Kallumalikkal, CEO Pushpagiri Medical College . The Fundraiser program was inaugurated by Dr. Tomy Philip, Principal, Pushpagiri Medical College. Our supporting faculties Dr. V P Sasidharan, HOD Dept. of Transfusion Medicine, Dr. Santhosh, HOD, Dept. of Pharmacology. Students Union Advisors Dr. Amrutha Mary, Dept. of Physiology, Dr. Prince M Paul, Dept. of Forensic Medicine, Members of the Joy Alukkas Foundation Shelton Raphael & Saran were also present in the programme. We, Pushpagiri Medical College Union 2021-22, proudly present to you *THE ECO CLUB*, first of its kind in Pushpagiri Medical College. The inauguration of The Eco Club will be conducted at 9am on *June 5* , *World Environment Day,* in front of the Principal's Office.

As a part of this, we are organizing a *FUNDRAISER PROGRAMME* for our very own charity organization run by students - *MITHRA*. Plant a tree for ₹30 or more & dedicate it to your loved ones, your friends, family, for yourself or for the ones closest to you. All the proceedings from this cause will be forwarded to the Mithra Students Charity Organization.
