About the Role
Big Temple is looking for an enthusiastic teacher who has a passion for teaching and makes learning fun, interesting & makes it part of daily life. You should care about students and help to make a positive impact in their future. To help you do your job, you have to go through continuous learning and reflection to enhance the effectiveness of teaching. You also should have good organizational and collaboration skills to promote student's learning.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement a program for primary class students for high academic expectations.
Should be able to lead the teachers and handle Mathematics Classes
Should be strong in Mathematics
Inspire the students with high academic, regulation standards, etc
Inspire the students to be lifelong learners and creators and promote social, physical, language, and cognitive development.
Discuss development with parents. Identify problems and convene with professionals if necessary.
Establish policies and procedures for inside and outside the classroom.
Become familiar with emergency procedures and protocol.
Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school and collective/individual interest of its staff and student.
About You
You hold a Diploma or Bachelors or Masters degree in Teaching (M.Ed/B.Ed/D.El.Ed)
5 - 10 years of teaching experience
Good fluency in spoken and written English
Endlessly patient, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
Kind, humble, and collaborative.
