KIDS BOOK FAIR 2025

Colouring books, storybooks, comics, puzzles, activity books, sticker books, and ghost stories were among the top picks for most kids at the Book Fair 2025.

The three-day event, held from 23rd to 25th April 2025 on our school premises, sparked a deep love and renewed interest in reading among the students.

The fair was inaugurated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Rev. Fr. S. Vincent, our School Correspondent, who also gave an inspiring introduction to kick off the event.

Children eagerly explored the fair, excitedly browsing through the wide range of books and discovering titles they had long wanted to read. The fair also gave them the wonderful opportunity to purchase books at discounted prices.

It was a delightful and enriching experience—not only for the kids but also for the parents who accompanied them.

Self-Awareness Program: A Journey to Success

Held on 3rd April 2025, the Self-Awareness Program titled "A Journey to Success" was conducted by Dr. Sam Deva Asir R. M., Assistant Professor of Social Work and Associate Dean for Extension Activities at Bishop Heber College, Trichy. The session proved to be an eye-opener, providing students with meaningful insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this engaging program, students were encouraged to reflect on their inner selves, empowering them to make informed decisions that align with their personal values and aspirations.

ANNUAL RETREAT CUM ORIENTATION

The Annual Retreat cm Orientation was held on 29th March 2025, offering a meaningful pause in the academic calendar for reflection and renewal. The session was led by Rev. Fr. Joe Antony SJ from St. Joseph’s College, Trichy, who provided a propitious opportunity for introspection, rejuvenation, and strategic deliberation.

This enriching experience allowed the teaching faculty to step away from their daily routines and refocus on personal growth, emotional well-being, and professional purpose. The retreat served not only as a moment of calm but also as a catalyst for renewed energy and inspiration for the journey ahead.

ORIENTATION PROGRAM

A comprehensive Orientation Program was organized on 11th March 2025 for the parents and students of Grade X. The objective was to provide a clear understanding of the nature of competitive exams, guide students on effective preparation strategies, and help them enhance their chances of success in achieving their academic and career goals.

The program featured interactive sessions that highlighted a wide array of career options available to students today. Participants were enriched by the insights and experiences shared by resource persons from prestigious institutions like NIT and IIT, who provided valuable guidance on navigating the competitive exam landscape.

Both students and parents gained practical knowledge and motivation, making the session highly impactful and informative.
