ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for the day to day running of all the events digitally – Broadcast and responsive.

Maintain and update company’s Application &websites to ensure that all content is fresh, relevant and engaging.

Responsible for producing and distributing email newsletters on behalf of the full event portfolio.

Day to day responsibility for the company’s CRM system “Customer Relationship Management system”

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

Complete knowledge of Digital Marketing and Article Writing

A recent marketing or other relevant degree.

Minimum 1 - 2 years marketing experience, preferably within digital marketing.

Proven knowledge and experience within B2B &B2C Marketing campaigns.

Experience of working with 3rd party email providers.

Experience of working with a variety of CMS and CRM systems.

Sharing My Personal Experience hope it will Help to All Job Seekers Out There.

I remember speaking to Amit years back, i mean being in this recruiting channel i speak to number of candidates each given day.

This very Amit was a person with a spark in his eye, i mean a person with good experience under his belt yet wasn't able to make it in the position which he was capable of being in.

Like any other given candidate his sole motive to switch for a new job was 'growth opportunity' and 'salary hike'Every second candidature i reviewed had the very same reasoning for change.The answer has been very typical and doesn't please the recruiter, i mean if you deserve a better pay and you are capable of the same then why not your own corporate pay you or accommodate you for the same.

Amit kept on switching jobs, he was no doubt getting pay hikes (minimal hikes, not the desired ones), but still wasn't getting the learning inertia.
After a brainstorming we discovered that what he needed was a autonomy to try and execute different tasks, as he could learn allied aspects and shades of profile from different perspectives.
