These days, I’ve added something incredibly soothing to my yoga practice — I’m not chanting… I’m simply listening to mantras. 🎧🙏
As I flow through each pose, the sacred vibrations of Om, So-Ham, Gayatri Mantra, or Om Namah Shivaya gently fill the space around me. I don’t speak. I don’t repeat. I just move, breathe, and receive the energy. 🌬️🕉️

A year ago, I was broken.
Failed startup. Broken relationships. Panic attacks.
Then something shifted…
📘 A friend handed me A Course in Miracles and said,
“Just open a page. See what lands.”
I read:
✨ “You are not the victim of the world you see.”
That line… changed everything.
I didn’t find religion.
I found a new way to see.
To forgive.
To let go of fear.
To hear a quiet, loving Voice inside.

🌱 I learned that miracles aren’t magic—they’re shifts in perception.
🪞I stopped blaming others, and started healing within.
Today, I live with more peace, less judgment, and a whole lot more love.
I still stumble, but now I know…

In Taoism, they say:

In spiritual terms, Non-Being is not ‘nothing’, but pure potential, source, and surrender.
It’s the womb of creation.
The pause between heartbeats. ❤️
The breathless moment in deep meditation. 🌬️
Maybe, just maybe…
We’re not running away from the world — but returning to something deeper. 🌀
