This year on 8th March 2023 at 4pm, on the occasion of International Women's Day and Holi , Cinema4screen in association with presented, a unique interactive session " Rang: the other side" .
Mrs Rekha Gour (Co-Founder & Managing Trustee TETC, Cytometry, Former Scientific Assistant Tata Memorial Centre, Advisor AIAA) , Ms Rashmi Saha (Life Transformation Coach, Founder of Mukty Mission, Jharkhand, TEDx Speaker) and Prof. Subhashini Naikar (Vice Principal, Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai) and Ms. Jutikaa Mahanta (Entrepreneur, Community Worker & Consultant – PR, Media & Marketing) were the guests of honor.
This amazing session conducted by Dr Sudipta Roy Chowdhury (Professor of Media & Communication) not only presented the varied challenges women often face in their professional lives, the guests also shared some candid incidents that enriched their life's journey and added colour and value to their experiences. The host, Dr Sudipta made sure that the session turn out to be candid, making the guests absolutely comfortable while they were talking their heart out.
“Rang: the other side” aimed at bringing out the other side of all the strong women and was a humble initiative of Cinema4Screen to connect the dots adding a dash of positivity to every creative soul.

Sooraj Khanna is a graduate of business management from the University of Mumbai. He started his career as a marketing consultant, and then shifted to film production as a location manager on many Bollywood projects, including Jai Ho, Kick, Shootout at Wadala, and 45 other feature films. His love and passion for cinema led him to co-produce feature films and web series—which are now successfully released—as well as ad films for Lakme, Big Bazaar, Croma Retails Etc.

Currently Sooraj Khanna is Co- Founder of a Media Company Films By FilmBuffs, which has produced "BED STORIES" for Disney Hotstar, 'Mannat" for Large Short Films etc. His company has also given logistic production facilities in more than 120 feature films. He has Co-Distributed 24 Hindi and regional Films.
