Celebrating 80 Glorious Years of Freedom! 's Kapurbawdi

The spirit of patriotism, pride and unity filled the campus of Uudaan Montessori Preschool, Kapurbawdi Branch, as we joyfully celebrated India's 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and heartfelt devotion to our nation.

The school came alive in vibrant tricolour décor, creating a festive atmosphere that reflected the colours of courage, peace and prosperity. Our children looked adorable and inspiring as they dressed up as renowned freedom fighters, paying tribute to the brave heroes whose sacrifices gifted us the freedom we cherish today.

The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag by Dr. Jyoti Bawddekar, Founder-Director followed by the National Anthem that echoed through the campus with pride and respect. The air resonated with powerful chants of "Bharat Mata Ki Jai," "Jai Hind," and "Vande Mataram," filling every heart with patriotic fervour.

Students enthusiastically participated in patriotic songs, energetic dance performances, music and engaging activities that highlighted the importance of freedom, unity and national pride. Through stories and discussions, children learned about the values of courage, resilience, equality and responsibility that form the foundation of our nation.

The celebration became even more meaningful with the active participation of parents, whose presence added warmth and togetherness to the occasion. The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to our children, parents, staff and all those who contributed to making the day memorable.

A Joyful Journey of Faith, Culture & Values!!

The spirit of Ashadhi Ekadashi came alive at Uudaan Montessori Preschool – Kapurbawdi Branch, where our little Warkaris celebrated this sacred festival with devotion, joy, and enthusiasm.

Dressed in colourful traditional attire, the children participated in a vibrant Palkhi procession, waved saffron flags, chanted "Vitthal... Vitthal...", offered prayers, received tilak, and danced with happiness. Through stories and experiential activities, they learnt about Lord Vitthal, the sacred Wari tradition, and the values of faith, humility, gratitude, compassion, and unity.

At Uudaan Montessori Preschool, festivals are meaningful learning experiences that help children connect with India's rich cultural heritage while nurturing kindness, respect, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
