Centre for Continual Education & Research (CCER) at Envirocare Labs recently conducted a FoSTaC (Food Safety Training & Certification) program on Advanced Catering for RCP, Navi Mumbai on 24th November 2025.
The session was expertly facilitated by Mr. NM Bhat, who delivered deep insights into safe catering operations, food handling behavior, personal hygiene, sanitation controls, allergen management, and compliance as per FSSAI regulatory requirements.
Participants were guided on practical approaches to prevent food contamination, maintain kitchen discipline, and enhance operational readiness for audits and inspections.
