"Inhale Positivity, Exhale Stress – Yoga for a Better You!"
Adarsh English School celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm on 21st June 2025, embracing this year’s theme: "Yoga for One Earth, One Health."
The event began with an insightful talk on the importance of yoga in promoting personal well-being and environmental balance. This was followed by a rejuvenating yoga session conducted by trained instructors Shri. Kantilal Raut, actively joined by students and staff alike.
Participants practiced a variety of asanas, pranayama techniques, and mindfulness exercises, emphasizing the deep connection between physical health, mental peace, and environmental responsibility.
The celebration concluded with a meaningful pledge to make yoga a part of daily life, recognizing its power to nurture both personal and planetary wellness.

On a delightful Tuesday, 18th December 2024, the students of Grades 1 to 4 embarked on a fun-filled excursion to the renowned Tikuji-Ni-Wadi in Thane. The day unfolded as a perfect blend of adventure, excitement, and togetherness, leaving students with cherished memories to treasure.
The vibrant Amusement Park became the heart of the adventure, with students enthusiastically enjoying thrilling rides like go-karts, roller coasters, and the iconic giant wheel. The Water Park was a splashy haven where laughter echoed as students reveled in the cool waters and refreshing slides.
Adding to the excitement, students explored a variety of unique attractions such as the fascinating Dinosaur World, the immersive 9D Adventure, and a serene visit to the Aquarium and Farm, fostering a deeper connection with nature and creativity. The excitement reached new heights with activities like go-karting and bumper-boats, offering a perfect mix of adventure and fun.
The culinary experience was equally delightful, with students savoring delicious meals and snacks that added to their joy. Every corner of Tikuji-Ni-Wadi resonated with the spirit of laughter, learning, and camaraderie.
