**Job Description: All-Rounder Beautician**

**Location:** Badlapur

**Salary Range:** 8,000 to 10,000 INR per month (plus incentives, bonus, accommodation, and food)

**Responsibilities:**

1. Perform a variety of beauty treatments and services including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading, and hair styling.
2. Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon and work area.
5. Keep up-to-date with beauty trends, techniques, and products.
6. Assist in managing salon inventory and supplies.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
8. Handle client inquiries, appointments, and payments efficiently.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth salon operations.
10. Provide assistance and support to other team members as needed.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a beautician or similar role.
2. Proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments and techniques.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
7. Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory.
8. Immediate availability is preferred.

**Location:** Kalyan West

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in recruitment

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
4. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
5. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
6. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present suitable candidates to clients.
7. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
8. Negotiate and finalize job offers, ensuring alignment with both client and candidate expectations.
9. Provide timely updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
10. Meet recruitment targets and deadlines as set by management.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Requirements:**

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
4. Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various methods.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
8. Immediate availability for joining.
