**Job Description: All-Rounder Beautician**
**Location:** Badlapur
**Salary Range:** 8,000 to 10,000 INR per month (plus incentives, bonus, accommodation, and food)
**Responsibilities:**
1. Perform a variety of beauty treatments and services including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, threading, and hair styling.
2. Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon and work area.
5. Keep up-to-date with beauty trends, techniques, and products.
6. Assist in managing salon inventory and supplies.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
8. Handle client inquiries, appointments, and payments efficiently.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth salon operations.
10. Provide assistance and support to other team members as needed.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a beautician or similar role.
2. Proficiency in a variety of beauty treatments and techniques.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
7. Certification or diploma in beauty therapy or cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory.
8. Immediate availability is preferred.
