Be better than you were yesterday..
Compete with yourself..
I started my weight loss journey in the month of April 2020. At that time my weight was 78kgs during my postpartum. Within these five months I have lost 15kgs and now it has bacame 63kgs. 😇
Due to lockdown it was not that easy to lose the weight but valuable guidance through online coaching, consistency in workouts and balanced nutritional diet helped me to achieve it. Still more to go..
All thanks to my coach for all valuable guidance and motivation. It's a great feeling when you look younger (or you look as per your age), feel fit and energetic throughout the day. Your kids also develop the habit of healthy eating and understand the importance of fitness in our life.
It's not stopped here, along with losing weight; simultaneously I started coaching for people who want to achieve their ideal weight and stay fit. Currently, I am coaching to 7 such people.
If you focus on your goal and be consistent just be confident enough that you will achieve it. Most importantly never compare your journey with others. You just need to improve yourself than yesterday!
