Brilliant progress by over the last 8 months 💪🏻

A former athlete, Prasanna is now working full-time in the USA and had a very active social life, that also resulted in a downward spiral for his health & fitness goals.

Sensing this change, he was determined to take things into his own control, and that’s where personal coaching came into the picture.

designed a hybrid training program, with a primary focus on hypertrophy and one athletic power & acceleration session to chase performance goals while rediscovering his love for the track.

Prasanna has been very coachable, and has rarely missed a training session or defaulted on his macro goals. This is the sole reason he’s seeing this kind of success today - and it’s just the beginning.

Two distinct effects contribute to caffeine’s fat-burning properties: a thermogenic effect (caffeine increases heat production in the short term) and a weaker lipolytic effect (causes triglycerides to release fatty acids in the long-term, which the body can use for fuel). 🔥

However, prolonged consumption of caffeine results in only the ability to ward off sleep - while the euphoria, excitability and fat loss effects are significantly diminished. 😴

The dehydration effect of caffeine is mild, and isn’t much to be worried about. But be aware of caffeine that’s “hidden” in a product. You could be consuming more caffeine than you think. 🤷‍♂️
