AIBE പരീക്ഷ: നവംബർ 30-ന്, അഭിഭാഷക ജീവിതത്തിലേക്കുള്ള നിർണായക വാതിൽ!!
ഇന്ത്യയിൽ അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് ആയി രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ചെയ്ത് നിയമപരമായി പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചെയ്യാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന ഏവർക്കും നിർബന്ധമായും എഴുതി തീർക്കേണ്ട പരീക്ഷയാണ് AIBE – All India Bar Examination. Bar Council of India (BCI) ആണ് ഈ nationwide പരീക്ഷ നടത്തുന്നത്. AIBE പരീക്ഷ November 30-ന് നടക്കുന്നു.
AIBE പരീക്ഷ എന്ത്?
AIBE ഒരു qualification exam ആണ്.
ഇത് ഒരു rank-based പരീക്ഷയല്ല; പകരം pass/fail രീതിയിലുള്ളതാണ്.
ഉദ്ദേശ്യം:
പുതുതായി enrol ചെയ്യുന്ന അഭിഭാഷകർക്ക് നിയമജ്ഞാനത്തിന് അടിസ്ഥാനമൊരുക്കുക,
Indian legal system, case laws, acts, ethics എന്നിവയിൽ understanding ഉണ്ടെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കുക.
AIBE പരീക്ഷയുടെ സിലബസ് :
19–20 വിഷയങ്ങളാണ് ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നത്. ഇവയിൽ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ടവ:

Note: പുതിയ പാറ്റേണിൽ AIBE open-book അല്ല. പക്ഷേ bare acts (unannotated) കൊണ്ടുവരാൻ അനുമതിയുണ്ട്.
AIBE പരീക്ഷയുടെ പ്രാധാന്യം:
✔️ Advocate Certificate of Practice (COP): AIBE പാസ്സായാൽ മാത്രമേ Bar Council of India Certificate of Practice നൽകുകയുള്ളൂ. ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ രാജ്യത്ത് അഭിഭാഷകൻ ആയി പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചെയ്യാൻ നിയമപരമായി സാധിക്കില്ല.
✔️ Court Appearance / Case Handling : AIBE പാസ്സായ അഭിഭാഷകർക്ക് District Court മുതൽ High Court, Supreme Court വരെ കേസുകൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യാം.
✔️ Legal Career Growth: Law firms, corporate legal teams, arbitration, consultancy, legal drafting—all require COP.
✔️ Professional Credibility: AIBE പാസ്സ് ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഒരു അഭിഭാഷകന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന legal competence ഉറപ്പ് നൽകുന്നു.
എങ്ങനെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ AIBE പാസാകാം?
AIBE വളരെ concept-based പരീക്ഷയാണ്. താഴെ പറഞ്ഞ മാർഗ്ഗങ്ങൾ പിന്തുടരുന്നവർക്ക് എളുപ്പത്തിൽ പാസ്സാകാം:
📌 1. Bare Acts ആണ് അടിസ്ഥാനം: Case laws-iൽ പോകേണ്ടതില്ല. Bare Act വായിച്ചാൽ 60–70% ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ attempt ചെയ്യാം.
📌 2. മുൻ വർഷ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ (Previous year question papers): Repeated pattern കൂടുതലാണ്. 10 വർഷത്തെ ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ കണ്ടാൽ exam trend മനസ്സിലാകും.
📌 3. പ്രധാന വിഷയങ്ങൾ ഊന്നിയൊന്നുകൂടി പഠിക്കുക: AIBE-യിൽ weightage കൂടുതലുള്ള വിഷയങ്ങൾ: കോൺസ്റ്റിട്യൂഷൻ/ CrPC / CPC Evidence, Contract, Professional Ethics, ADR, Family Law
📌 4. Time Management : ചോദ്യങ്ങൾ direct ആയതിനാൽ ദൈർഘ്യമില്ല. 1–2 മിനിറ്റിനുള്ളിൽ attempt ചെയ്യാവുന്ന രീതിയിൽ പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചെയ്യണം.
📌 5. Bare Acts Marking Technique : headings highlight ചെയ്യുക. sections-നു sticky tabs ഉപയോഗിച്ചു important sections underline ചെയ്യുക, definition section / punishment section അടയാളപ്പെടുത്തുക
📌 6. Regular Revision : AIBE facts and sections-oriented ആയതിനാൽ ദിവസവും 30–40 മിനിറ്റ് റിവിഷൻ മതി.
