Congratulations to all students and staff for a very successful Sports Day! There were some fantastic achievements from students across all year groups. The sunshine, great team spirit and excitement of the field and track events combined to create a brilliant atmosphere.

As India celebrates its 75th Independence Day on August 15, 2022, preparations are on in full swing everywhere. Schools and colleges have the biggest celebration on Independence Day and students participate in all the programs with zeal and enthusiasm.
Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect at JOY MATRIC HR.SEC. SCHOOL. The school decorated with tricolour saffron, white and green balloons and flags welcomed the eyes of all to the function. The students came in proper school uniform.
The ceremony started at 9:00 AM in the school open ground with The chief guest Mr.Meeran Mydeen, The Correspondent Mr. Solomon, The Chairman Mrs Jayalakshmi, The Principal Mrs.Jothi and large crowd of staff & students.
The program culminated with vote of thanks. At the end sweets were distributed to the students. Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love and respect our country and make it a better place for Indians to live and experience the freedom, peace and Unity in Diversity.
