Last Saturday, we conducted our first round of mentorship and counselling sessions. I appreciate every student who attended with discipline and sincerity.
As announced in the meeting, I have already promoted the deserving students into the Core Mentorship Group. These students were selected based on their presence, sincerity, and overall attitude within the school premises.
From here onwards, their progress will be monitored closely, and they will receive structured guidance, planned study routines, and continuous mentorship.
Furthermore, the top-performing students those who achieve the highest marks in their final Class 10 board results – will be awarded 100% sponsorship for their coaching and academic training by individuals who have already excelled in their own academic journeys.
To the parents:

At the recent Award Ceremony, Mir Hazim, a student of MTM Foundation School, took the stage and delivered a hard-hitting reality check on our modern education system.

In a speech that silenced the room, he highlighted a brutal truth: We are training a generation for 3-hour exams but leaving them unprepared for the 24/7 exam of life. He spoke about how we prioritize marks over mental health and rote learning over real-world survival skills. His message was clear—we need to stop producing "human photocopy machines" and start nurturing thinkers, creators, and problem-solvers.

But beyond the powerful message, we want to take a moment to appreciate the messenger. Watching Hazim speak with such confidence and clarity is a testament to his incredible dedication. He has worked tirelessly to improve his public speaking skills, and today, that hard work paid off beautifully.
