The ILP Special Assembly – Eco Mythbusters: The Wardrobe Edition at Podar International School turned everyday fashion into an inspiring lesson in environmental responsibility. 👕🌿

Through engaging presentations, thought-provoking ideas, and myth-busting insights, our students explored the hidden environmental impact of the clothes we wear—from fast fashion and overconsumption to mindful choices, reuse, recycling, and sustainable living.

The assembly encouraged students to look beyond fashion trends and ask an important question: Can our wardrobe be stylish while being kind to our planet? 🌎💚

From “wear it, reuse it, share it” to making conscious choices, our young Eco Mythbusters discovered that sustainability begins with small decisions—and every responsible choice can create a bigger impact.

Podar International School, Talegaon, observed August Kranti Diwas with a meaningful and inspiring special assembly, commemorating the historic Quit India Movement of 1942—a powerful chapter in India’s struggle for independence.

🕊️ The assembly became a journey through history, reminding young minds of the courage, sacrifice, unity and unwavering determination of the freedom fighters who stood together with one powerful aspiration—a free India.

📜 Through the assembly, our students reflected upon the significance of 9 August 1942, when the call for the Quit India Movement echoed across the nation. The iconic spirit of “Do or Die” became a symbol of determination and collective action in India's freedom struggle.

🇮🇳 The Tricolour stood as a symbol of our hard-earned freedom,
🔥 the flame of courage reflected the spirit of our freedom fighters, and
🤝 the unity of the nation reminded us that great transformations begin when people stand together for a common purpose.

The observance encouraged students to look beyond historical events and understand their relevance in the present—to value freedom, uphold democratic principles, respect diversity, and embrace their responsibilities as young citizens of India.
