Homi Ranina, Chairman of Mazda Eductional Foundation, in 1987 started Jadi Rana High School which was the first English Medium School in our area under the Maharashtra S.S.C. This School became a full fledged school in 1996. This School has achieved 100% results several times. This School was named Jadi Rana High School in memory of the noble King Jadi Rana of Sanjan, who gave permission to Parsis

to settle in Sanjan, when they came to India over 1,300 years ago. A new 3 storeyed building was inaugrated in June 2003. Homi Ranina donated Rs. 60 lakh in memory of his uncle Shri Nani Palkhiwala India's renowned and eminent jurist and this new building is named "Nani Palkhiwala Building"

The New Extension of the School Building is Dedicated to the Memory of "Late Mrs. Phiroze H. This Extension Building was inaugerated on Saturday 19th Februrary 2011 by Mr. H. P. Ranina, Chairman, MAZDA EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION.
