Space Adventure – A Journey Among the Stars

Our little explorers from the Pre-Primary section took everyone on a wonderful “Space Adventure”, filling the day with excitement, curiosity and lots of smiles. Dressed up as astronauts, planets and celestial bodies, the children looked adorable and confidently stepped onto the stage to share what they had learned about space.

From the Galaxy and the Sun to all eight planets—Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, our young learners spoke about each one and presented their ideas through lively performances, actions and dialogues. Their enthusiasm and confidence made the whole experience truly enjoyable.

The event was not just about learning the names of planets; it was about giving children the freedom to speak, perform, explore and learn through experience. Watching them confidently present their knowledge was a proud and joyful moment for their teachers and parents.

The Space Adventure was a beautiful celebration of young minds, big dreams and endless curiosity—proving once again that when children are given a chance to explore, even the sky is not the limit!

WORLD HUMANITARIAN DAY
Grade IX C presented a meaningful assembly on the theme of Humanity, focusing on the importance of kindness, empathy and helping others in our everyday lives.
The assembly began with students introducing the meaning of humanity through examples of people facing hunger, loss of hope, wars and difficult situations. The thought, “You may not be perfect, but choosing kindness is enough to show humanity.” further highlighted the message of the assembly. The speech focused on how humanity should be practised in our daily lives, whether by supporting someone in need, helping others or even sharing a simple smile.
The students then presented a series of skits showing different situations such as bullying, making fun of a new student, ignoring someone in need and standing up for someone being ridiculed. The skits showed how small acts of kindness and support can make a difference.A special message reminded everyone that while the disappearance of something like Wi-Fi would immediately be noticed, the disappearance of humanity often goes unnoticed. It also emphasised that even small actions can show humanity and help us become better human beings.
The assembly concluded with the Principal's address, highlighting that humanity is one of the basic qualities that makes us human and that it should be practised through even the smallest acts of kindness in our everyday lives.
