সিউড়ি বেণীমাধব ইন্সটিটিউশন্ এর সম্মুখে প্রতিষ্ঠিত বীর সন্ন্যাসী বিবেকানন্দের ধ্যানমগ্ন পূর্নাবয়ব মূর্তির প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা জ্ঞাপনে ও যাঁর শুভ নামে এই বিদ্যালয় 1917 সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়ে 107তম বর্ষে পদার্পণ করতে চলেছে সেই 'বেণীমাধব চট্টোপাধ্যায়' এর প্রতিকৃতি-কে নিত্য সন্ধ্যায় আলোকোজ্জ্বল করে রাখার ব্যবস্থা করলেন বিদ্যালয়ের সকলে মিলে। আমরা গৌরবোজ্জ্বল অতীত থেকে প্রযুক্তি নির্ভর বর্তমান হয়ে ভবিষ্যতের দিকে যাত্রা করছি। চলার পথে যাদের প্রত্যক্ষ ও পরোক্ষ অবদানে আজ আমরা শিক্ষায়-চেতনায়-চরিত্রে বলীয়ান হয়েছি তাদের প্রতি রইলো আমাদের অবনত মস্তকে ভক্তি পূর্ন প্রনাম।

প্রিয় সিউড়ি এবং সংলগ্ন এলাকার মানণীয় অভিভাবক, মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার্থী ছাত্র সহ সকল শহরবাসীদের নমস্কারসহ নিবেদন এই যে, সিউড়ির প্রানকেন্দ্রে সুপ্রতিষ্ঠিত সিউড়ি বেণীমাধব ইন্সটিটিউশন-এ এই বছর থেকে একাদশ শ্রেণীতে Arts stream-এ ভর্তির জন্য কিছু নতুন বিষয় সংযোজন এর ফলস্বরূপ অনেকগুলি subject combination উপলব্ধ হবে যাতে উচ্চমাধ্যমিকে অত্যন্ত ভালো ফল করার প্রয়াস পাওয়া যাবে। Scince stream-এও computer এর ওপর নতুন দুটি বিষয় সংযোজন এর চেষ্টা চলছে। আপাততঃ Arts stream-এ প্রচলিত বাংলা, ইংরেজি, সংস্কৃত, ভূগোল, দর্শণ, রাষ্ট্রবিজ্ঞান, ইতিহাস এর সাথে থাকছে নতুন তিনটি বিষয়= এডুকেশন, ফিজিক্যাল এডুকেশন এবং এনভায়রনমেন্টাল স্টাডিস। এর ফলে ছাত্ররা অনেক বেশি subject combination পাবে ও উচ্চমাধ্যমিকে ভালো নম্বর তুলতে পারবে এবং উচ্চশিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রেও অনেক option পাবে। Science stream-এর আগ্রহীদের বলছি, প্রচলিত Physics, Chemistry, Biology ও Math বিষয় তো থাকছেই, সঙ্গে দুটি নতুন বিষয়ের জন্য আবেদন করা আছে, একটি শুধু তোমাদের জন্য Computer Science, অপরটি Arts এবং Science- উভয়ের জন্যই Modern Computer Application. এমনকি Arts বা Science নিয়ে ভর্তি হয়ে যাবার পরও যদি subject permission পেয়ে যাই তো Class 11-এ registration হবার আগে পর্যন্ত বিষয় পরিবর্তন করে নেওয়া যাবে। যাইহোক, সকল মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার্থীদের জন্য রইলো অনেক অনেক শুভেচ্ছা ও শুভকামনা এবং আগাম অভিনন্দন। তোমাদের খুব ভালো result হোক। সিউড়ি বেণীমাধব ইন্সটিটিউশন তার উন্নত মান বজায় রেখেই Class 11-এ ছাত্র ভর্তি করবে এবং একটি সুষ্ঠু ও সুস্থ Competitive পরিবেশে পড়াশোনা ও অত্যন্ত মেধাবীদের জন্য Special Class সহ সব ব্যবস্থাই রাখবে। সিউড়ি শহরবাসীর প্রতি আমাদের ঘোষণা এই যে তাদের আদরের সন্তানদের শিক্ষা ও শৃঙ্খলা পাঠ এবং ভবিষ্যত পৃথিবীর যোগ্য নাগরিক তৈরি করতে সিউড়ি বেণীমাধব ইন্সটিটিউশন তার সম্ভাবনাময় ছাত্রদের সকল প্রকার যত্ন নিতে উৎসাহের সঙ্গে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ।
