Students should be taught discipline, self motivation and logical thinking. Every school today is racing to show and prove themselves to be better than other. They try to create an image that they are the best in the society. But society should think, are good, sensitive and productive citizens are being added or educational institutions are just working like assembly line production factories, where large number of unskilled and unproductive human beings are added years after years.
Today society is suffering from the problem of unemployment, poverty and corruption. This is not because there is no employment but because lack of enthusiasm among the youths to work hard, to upgrade themselves by learning new skills for their sustainable and development.
Today's schools should teach core human values as a subject.
Real education is the only key for sustainable development of human race on this planet.
Schools are producing dancers, singers, doctors, engineers but not a good thinker, which is the urgent requirement of this hour.

Let's start the teaching and learning process.
When a child is born he or she is like a canvas which needs to be painted with the colours of positivity, sympathy, love, affection, tenderness and hope.
But as soon as the child open his or her first receptor the eyes,the most beautiful gateway created by the almighty towards the most mysterious and unreavealed organ of the body "the brain", starts storing the negativity prevailing around itself.
Every moment we say something or do any action with a narration to show how much we love him or her signals the negativity unknowingly. Scientifically it can be termed as instructional poisoning.
