Are you passionate about early childhood education and have a knack for leadership? We're looking for a dynamic Preschool Branch Head to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Parent Counseling & Student Admission: Engage with parents to guide them through the admission process, turning inquiries into enrollments.
Event Management: Oversee the planning and ex*****on of school events, ensuring they are fun, educational, and memorable.
Teacher Supervision: Monitor teacher performance, provide feedback, and conduct interviews for new teaching staff.
Parental Communication: Keep parents informed about upcoming holidays, events, and other school-related updates.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in counseling, particularly in educational settings.
Strong background in management, with experience leading teams.
Basic computer literacy, comfortable with Microsoft Office or similar software.
