S D J International school celebrated 'Yellow day' in its campus on Saturday, as a weekend activity.
All our kids were dressed in yellow, shining bright like a sun, looking sharp and coordinated.
Such small activities inculcates the quality of unity and team work in children, promoting the feeling of belonging and togetherness.

This common saying holds very true and SDJIS believes in maintaining the perfect balance of academics and co curricular activities.

A playground environment stimulates students’ minds and allows for their cognitive, physical, and social development.
In fact, outdoor play areas provide children with rich opportunities to grow, learn and develop.

SDJIS students are not confined to playing in their own campus. They are given various opportunities to participate in sports and activities taking place outside their campus as well.
SDJIS Volleyball Team played with great enthusiasm and energy in khel mahakumbh at K. G. Pathawala school, Dumas.
It served as a fun day for our students as they showcased their skills and, at the same time interacted with students from other school!

To inculcate the quality of sportsmanship and to encourage teamwork, an inter house volleyball competition was held at SDJ International School, Vesu where all the students put in tremendous efforts and were very enthusiastic to play the sport! The victory was bagged by Pratap, shining bright at first position.

To make it more interesting, the competition took place students vs teachers, which served as a platform for the former to bond with the latter.

There was fun and entertainment in the atmosphere, making it a memorable day for all.

SDJ International School, Vesu celebrated Teachers Day on 5th Sept'18 with great ardor and devotion!
Students dressed up as teachers for the day and undertook and understood the roles and responsibilities of a teacher. At the same time, they paid their respect to their teachers and the day highlighted the importance and the value of teachers in their life.
There was a cake cutting ceremony by our respected Principal following which he addressed the entire staff for their exemplary contributions to every child's holistic development.

SDJians celebrated Janmashtmi with utmost zeal and enthusiasm! The day began with the traditional matki fod by children and was followed by prayers to Lord Krishna for peace and harmony for all.
