Day 6 – Anti-Ragging Week
“Voices Against Ragging: A Documentary Film for a Ragging-Free Campus”
Date: 19/08/2026, organized a documentary film screening on “Voices Against Ragging: A Documentary Film for a Ragging-Free Campus” was organized to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of ragging and promote a safe, respectful, and friendly campus environment.
The programme encouraged students to stand together against ragging and contribute towards building a Ragging-Free Campus.
The primary objective of the programme was to create awareness among students about the serious consequences of ragging and to inspire them to contribute towards building a ragging-free, safe, and harmonious campus. During the programme, students were encouraged to raise their voices against ragging, uphold mutual respect, and promote friendship, cooperation, and a positive environment among students.
The programme was organized by the Anti-Ragging Committee under the presence and guidance of Principal Dr. Falguni Mitesh Thakkar. Technical support for the screening and presentation of the documentary was provided by Mr. Rahulbhai Mistry, Computer Programmer.
The programme was held at Sanjay Smruti Bhavan on 19 August 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Students participated enthusiastically and expressed their commitment to standing against ragging.
Through this programme, the message “Say No to Ragging, Yes to Respect” was conveyed, and a collective commitment was expressed to build a safe, respectful, and ragging-free campus with the cooperation of all.
