Once you signup on the portal then you have three different modes for preparation:

1) Learning Mode: In this mode MCQ questions are presented to you with options. You can answer them as well as study which answer is right and which are wrong. Most of the times, explanations are also provided as to why a particular answer is right and others are wrong.

2) Examination Mode: In this mode, you are presented with live examination where you can check your knowledge as if in the real time NEET / JEE exam. You can get the result once the exam is completed.

3) Flashcards : You can use flashcards to memorise correct answers for questions. This is similar to conventional flash cards.
