We used to conduct circle time in our Akanksha school when we first started in 2008.
From then to now... it's coming back full circle to learn about QCT from the OG Jenny Mosley..AND.... having her conduct a demo with students from my old Akanksha school was the cherry on top!
Life is indeed full of strange coincidences.
Thank you to for organizing this wonderful opportunity.

Sharing some feedback from our work with on Universal Design for Learning.
Over the past two months, we have worked with more than 900 teachers from 27 schools on understanding barriers to learning, introducing UDL and shifting mindsets around inclusion.
I always say that facilitating a workshop is the easy part. The real work begins after we leave and these teachers keep reminding us about WHY we do what we do. Their commitment to serve every child who is in their classroom, sometimes with so many constraints, is truly humbling!
If your school is looking to work with someone- LONG TERM- on becoming more inclusive, UDL is the first step in that direction.
Look us up. We are happy to chat.

Today we started our work with twenty four MSB schools in India, Sri Lanka, UAE and East Africa to help them institutionalize a Performance Management System in their schools, designed around 8 Teaching Professional Standards - Planning, Classroom Environment and Inclusion, Instruction and Lesson Delivery, PCK, Assessment, Family Partnerships anf Community Engagement, The Professional Educator, and Instructional Leadership.
This is a long term project that will bring greater transparency, accountability and more systematic support for teachers as part of their continuous professional growth.
