Career Guidance Session | Empowering Students to Choose the Right Path 🌟

A meaningful Career Guidance Session was conducted by the Principal for students of Classes X, focusing on making informed decisions about their academic streams after Grade 10.

Students were guided on how to identify their interests and strengths and understand the subjects that deserve greater focus based on the streams and career pathways they aspire to pursue. The session also addressed students’ queries regarding higher education after Class 12, diverse career opportunities, and future academic choices.

The interactive session encouraged students to think beyond conventional choices and plan their academic journey with greater clarity, awareness, and purpose.

An engaging session on 'Understanding Stock Market' was conducted for our Grade XI & XII Commerce students at Ryan International School.
We were delighted to host Mr. Het Soni, who simplified complex concepts and gave students a real-world insight into:
• Basics of stock market & how it works
• Types of investments: Shares, Mutual Funds, SIPs
• Importance of financial literacy and early investing
• Risk management & building long-term wealth

🧠 "Mental Health Matters" 🧠
An interactive session on Mental Health & Well-being was conducted for our Grade 8 & 9 students at Ryan International School.
We were privileged to have Dr. Mehul Luhar from Nirmal Hospital address our students. Through engaging discussions and real-life examples, he guided them on:
• Understanding emotions and stress
• Building resilience and positive coping strategies
• The importance of seeking help and talking openly
• Creating a healthy balance between academics and self-care
The session helped students break the stigma around mental health and reminded them that it’s okay to not be okay, and it’s okay to ask for help. 💙
