The Founder & Chairman of the HK Group, Shri Savji Dholakia, is a man of vision. He has uplifted and transformed working dynamics by putting culture and principles ahead of all other elements. His progressive thinking and a powerful vision has enabled him to lead the way in both business and other initiatives.
With the creation of Dholakia Foundation, his main aim was to offer more opportunities to the people around him and make the society sustainable and a better place. What he lacks in education, he has made up with practical experience.
He felt that the current education system was not enough for students who are getting ready for the future. He dreamt of transforming the system, and make it in sync with present times. With Dholakia Nirman, he is getting one step closer to the dream.
At Dholakia Nirman, education is more about experiencing and exploring. It gives rise to the curiosity of the student and makes them question every little thing. The idea is to help the child develop physically, mentally, and spiritually. With no exams and textbooks, the foundation of education would be inquisitiveness, activity and project-based learning, and other methods that are contemporary and deep-rooted.
Technology will be a major part of learning at this school. Apart from including algorithm building and coding at an early age, we are also focusing on linguistics and languages as part of the system. We aim to make children independent and embrace the world with confidence.
We believe that with this new initiative under Dholakia Foundation, we will take one step further.
