Guru Nanak Dev Dental College witnessed a joyful Lohri celebration as the management, staff, and students came together on campus to observe the festival in its traditional spirit. The ceremony included a Lohri puja with offerings of sesame seeds to the sacred fire and prayers for the prosperity and well-being of the institution and the GNDDC family.

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Founder Chairman Late Shri Bhagwan Dass Arora (Ex-Cabinet Minister), the Paath of Shri Ramayan was held on 12-12-2025. A free Dental Camp was organized in the hospital premises, where 1,100 patients were examined and necessary treatment was provided.

The Annual Sports Meet at Guru Nanak Dev Dental College, Sunam, was held from 7th December to 11th December 2025, bringing the college community together in a celebration of sports, teamwork, and enthusiasm. The event featured a range of exciting competitions, including Cricket, Volleyball, Throw ball, Basketball, Badminton, Chess, Carom, and Table Tennis, providing students with a platform to showcase their talents and skills.

The Sports Meet kicked off with a special assembly, where athletes shared their experiences, emphasizing the importance of sports in one's life. Throughout the event, students participated with zeal, demonstrating confidence, motivation, and personal growth. The meet concluded with a Prize Distribution Ceremony, honoring the winners with medals and trophies, and celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship.

The Annual Sports Meet 'Molar Mania 25' at Guru Nanak Dev Dental College, Sunam, is being held from 7th December to 11th December 2025, is a perfect opportunity to involve the entire college community in days filled with sports, enthusiasm, and teamwork. With a variety of exciting events, the Sports Meet provides a wonderful platform for students to engage in activities and experience sports like never before.

The Meet began with a special assembly in which athletes volunteer to share their experiences, emphasizing the importance and value of sports in one’s life.

Throughout the Sports Meet, students will participate in a wide range of exciting events such as Cricket, Volleyball, Throwball, Basketball, Badminton, Chess, Carrom, and Table Tennis, along with many more fun and competitive activities.

Sports and games at the college empower students, build confidence, encourage motivation, and offer invaluable and transformative opportunities for personal growth.

Pedodontist Day and Children’s Day were celebrated with great enthusiasm, bringing smiles and excitement to all the little ones. The event included engaging games designed to make children feel comfortable and joyful, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Along with the celebrations, the children were taught essential oral hygiene habits through simple demonstrations and interactive activities, helping them understand the importance of maintaining healthy teeth from a young age. The day concluded with a delightful gift distribution, making the occasion memorable and encouraging every child to continue practicing good oral care with happiness and confidence. ’sDay

Guru Nanak Dev Dental College & Research institute successfully conducted CDE on Passive Self Ligation with Damon System and Advansync appliance. By Dr.Gaurav Gupta from Pune on 20th August, 2025.
The CDE focused on enhancing clinical skills through structured sessions & practical hands on.
The CDE was conducted by the Deptt. Of Orthodontics headed by Dr.Parul Bansal, Prof & Head, Dr.Ankit Sikri, Dr.Abhishek Sharma, Dr.Bharti, Dr.Atul Jindal and Dr.Ushmita Mehta.
Such a successful & impactful programme wouldn't have been possible with the constant encouragement & support of our worthy management.
