I started The Hot Kettle Company, a small tea cart in Noida Sector 72, and today — we proudly serve 200+ happy customers every single day!

Balancing a full-time job at my job and running this venture taught me a few priceless lessons:

🔥 1. Starting small is still starting.
You don’t need big investors or a fancy office — just courage and consistency.

☕ 2. Side hustles build character.
Managing customers after work hours hits different when it’s your own dream.

💡 3. Imperfect starts > Perfect plans.
I didn’t wait for “the right time.” I brewed my first cup and learned on the go.

Building this brand while working full-time has been tiring, fulfilling, and unbelievably fun!
