Our II Year KARE CSHM students at Kalasalingam Academy of Research and Education- KARE travelled through the flavours of Maharashtra during their latest Indian Cuisine Practical Session.

The kitchen was filled with the aroma of freshly baked creations as our I Year CSHM students at KARE participated in their Bakery Practical Session.

👨‍🍳 What did they create?

🍪 Ginger Cookies
🍰 Plain Sponge
🍞 Fresh Bread

But this practical was about more than just baking. Students learned to work with precision, follow professional methods, manage time, work as a team, and turn basic ingredients into quality bakery products. 🌟
