JKRETTF Welcomed Union home ministers visit in JKUT

Demanded restoration of old pension scheme in favor of employees appointed after 2010

Jammu/ Srinagar Oct 4: The Jammu and Kashmir rehabar-e-taleem teachers forum ( JKRETTF) has welcomed the visit of union home minster Amit Shah in Jammu and Kashmir and demanded the restoration of old pension scheme in JKUT.
According to a press statement issued to press by the forum spokes man Muzafar Ahmed Wani reads that the forum chairman Farooq Ahmed Tantray has appealed union home minister Amit Shah and LG Manoj sinha for scrapping of new pension scheme ( NPS) and restoration of old pension scheme in favour of the employees of Jammu and Kashmir recruited and regularized after 2010.
Forum chairman further said that the old pension scheme was scrapped in Jammu and Kashmir by the erstwhile state government in 2010 and we are hope full now that the Union Government and LG administration will restore the old pension scheme and will provide a gift to the employees of JKUT.
Tantray said that after the retirement the pension was the only hope for the government employ to meet out his needs and we hope that union Government will fulfill this long pending demand of employees of Jammu and Kashmir UT.

"A challenge due to covid 19 pandemic".
As we know education in this part of world witnessed a great setback due the turmoil that engulfed our state since 1989.Still govt let not down the very fate of education with its tireless work. Hence, we know education serves as the backbone of growth and development, it leads a country and state to it's greater heights, but unfortunately, our education system had been suffering since 2008 and is still on way to shambles due to corona virus pandemic or say covid 19.
As a fact, we know the developed countries like USA, china, Italy, France, UK, had to call it a global emergency, yet our country is no exception.
But I appreciate the tireless efforts of commissioner secretary education Mr. Asgar Hussain Samoon and director school education Kashmir and jammu, who left no stone unturned for the welfare of students in general and teachers in particular, I presume, Mr samoon sb a towering figure under whose kind administration the derailed education system is given a new direction. Hundreds of TG 2 orders issued, thousands of students got 6 to 9 kgs of MDM rice, and furthermore, the touchstone came when revered commissioner secretary ordered to continue teaching learning process on line with the help of zoom cloud app, .
Teachers on forefront advised govt to deduct their 2 to 3 days salaries to fight against covid 19.thereafter, almost all employees of the state contributed for the pandemic.
At present, under the kind administration of Mr. Samoon sb I think the whole system of education will flourish to it's logical end. But, I beseech Mr. Samoon sb to interve, as some of the rrets, whose files are dust ridden in Directorate, should be issued in priority as these teachers are with out salaries since March 2019.think how could they manage their families, some of them are in debt over ears, hope both the dseks would redress the issues on priority, as we are very much thankful all those officials whose tireless efforts kindle candles in the hearts of hundreds of teachers.

Education..Dr.Asgar Samson have already instructed the officials of Education Department to release the salary of TG2 and TG3 teachers (whose orders are pending) and are without salaries from last 14 months as these teachers are facing the harderships DUE TO PREVAILING CONDITIONS........As u are the boss of the District and it is requested to your goodself kindly direct the DDO's of the District to release the salaries of these teachers so that these teachers may not suffer more .....

......The files of TG2 teachers which were in Directorate have been signed by DSEK and Dealing Assistant Mr.Hella Mushtaq have received approvals of about 8 trs. of Dist.kulgam who were skipped off due to unknown reasonsn and in next 2 or 3 days orders vl be issued from ceo office Kulgam.....Moreever The protest programme which is scheduled on 15th of july is still stand as we R having many issues like
1.Implementation of 7th pay commission in favour of undergraduate teachers.
2.Regullarisaton of un regularised Ret teachers.
3.pending teacher grade two orders, science graduates, ignou,graduation before engagement, over lapping.
4.In situ promotions for teacher grade two.

5.Transfer policy of 65 thousands teachers, who are stagnant from last 18 years despite of cabinet order .
6.teachers to masters promotions pending from 2014.
8.pending arrears before regularisation from Samagra.
19 thousand nation builders are without salaries from March 2019..........it is humanitarian issue.
In this regard all the zps are put under strict orders to be in touch with teachers and meetings should be conducted so that protest programme will be great success.....

...on 12th of july after friday prayers a meeting of all zonal Presidents, zonal members,Dist.members and all teachers will be held at old DC office Kulgam to sort out the strategies for making protest programme a grand success

A Humble and polite request to worthy Director school Education Kashmir and Worthy Chief Education officer Kulgam...
The zone Devsar is without DDO since long as the teachers suffer a lot due to non avalabilty of Zonal Education Officer. The salary of February which teachers got after six months is still to be disbursed
the enhanced TG2 teachers, undergraduate teachers and unregularized Rets who are without salary from last 6 months...
Now worthy Director school Education Kashmir and chief Education officer Kulgam are requested to assign DDO powers to any official of the District as soon as possible, so that teachers will not suffer much more.

Im highly thankful to all the zonal representatives and District representatives who remain on toes during this tough time ....our teachers espicially Rehbari..talem teachers celebrated their festivals on roads ...The teachers shed their blood on roads to get this grave issue solved ....thanks To Almighty Allah who gave us happiness by solving our burning demand of Delinking once again im whole heartdly thankful to all the representatives of forum...
Morever 835 orders of Dist.kulgam have been approved by the DSEK today and now officials of ceo's office are busy in formulating orders and orders will be issued soon
The process of converting RRT'S to Grade 2 teachers is going smoothly so not a single teacher need to be panic J&K RETTF will never let u down

T-1 examination of 5th to 8th classes commenced from one month before are still under process. Exams conducted by SIE and DIET have taken a toll on the carrier of poor children of Government Schools. The decision needs to be revisited by the authorities as this practice has wasted much time of academic session amid prevailing circumstances.
