May our sisters take heed!!
Allāh mentioned in Surah Ahzab, Verse 59; O Prophet! Tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks (veils) all over their bodies (i.e. screen themselves completely except the eyes or one eye to see the way). That will be better, that they should be known (as free respectable women) so as not to be annoyed. And Allah is Ever OftForgiving, Most Merciful.

Each and every time your soul whispers to you to commit a sin, then remember these three ayāt [from the Qur’ān]:
1. Does he not know that Allāh sees ˹all˺? {Surah al-‘Alaq, al-Ayah 14}
2. But for him who [the true believer of Islamic Monotheism who performs all the duties ordained by Allāh and His Messenger Muhammad صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ, and keeps away (abstain) from all kinds of sin and evil deeds prohibited in Islām and] fears the standing before his Lord, there will be two Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). {Surah ar-Rahmān, al-Āyah 46}
3. And whosoever fears Allāh and keeps his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). {Surah at-Talāq, al-Āyah 2}

It's better to cry tears of repentance in this world than to cry tears of regret in Aakhirah.

Weeping over what has preceded, fear of falling into sin, abandoning evil company and accompanying good company.”

Do not forget to recite Surah al-Kāfirūn before you sleep.
The Messenger of Allāh صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said:
“When you lay down to sleep, place your hand under your cheek and recite: ‘Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O’ you disbelievers! [Surah al-Kāfirūn (Surah 109)] then go to sleep at the end of reciting it, for certainly it is an abstention from shirk.’’

The heart that is attached to vain desires will neither be able to establish Az-Zuhud [i.e. abstinence from that which will not benefit a person in the Aakhirah] nor Al-Wara [fear of that which might harm a person in the Aakhirah].
